Lead day to day operations of all MFS services and support in development of new and existing services

Support in development of operational procedures and policies, procedures, systems and frameworks to ensure efficient and streamlined MFS operations.

Tracking and reporting of overall sectional performance against specified KPIs and report this information on a regular basis to section Manager.

Identify alternative acquisition channels and support in implementing strategies to bring new customers on board directly and within the established distribution channels.

Reporting weekly/ monthly/ quarterly & annual operational and management reports on acquisition & completed ongoing and planned activities.

Collaborate with the MFS partners to ensure smooth IT operations around MFS service including Bug Fixation, Release Management etc.

Maintain documentation and act as a liaison between various VIVA departments and external stakeholders.

Implement required improvements to enhance product & service quality.

Work closely with Partners and Technology to ensure all indigenous and third-party solutions are monitored for performance and SLA’s.

Maintain and suggest all development requirements and improvements to the System, that includes creating mockups and flows for new features and fix error messages, informative messages; testing the features and give business approvals.

Create promotions and make sure that the offers and promotions are available on the app

Applying knowledge of mobile OS (Android, iOS) to shape the mobile experience for VIVA customers.

Liaise with VIVA marketing team in executing MFS Marcom/Communication plans that includes implementing and executing promotions and campaigns, review marketing material and execute Go to Market activities.

Coordinate with VIVA/Partner’s Finance operations for all VIVA MFS reporting activities.

Perform duties as requested.

Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing and Communication.

4 – 5 years of ecommerce experience from IT/Banking/Telecom
