To execute and achieve the Government Affairs strategies and financial targets.

To manage the overall sales program for VIP customers, and improve operational efficiencies via policies and procedures, all the while monitoring and analyzing sales performance and trends.

To act as a point of contact and oversee all VIP, external parties, government entities related activities, and to ensure communication between the department and all external entities is exercised efficiently.

Develop tactical plans in line with Sector's strategy.

Monitor the execution of work by setting operational plans to ensure the delivery of team objectives.

Ensure that work is performed consistently within policies, procedures and service standards.

Own and develop sectional policies, procedures, systems and frameworks to ensure efficient and streamlined operations.

Ensure the tracking of overall departmental performance against specified KPI’s and report this information on a regular basis to higher management.

Manage the operational activity of the department and oversee the interaction with other sectors so as to breed a culture of high performance and team work in an engaging professional environment.

Manage the database of corporate VIP clients and data population and implementation.

To provide analysis of the VIP sales data, and create reports on the same.

 Manage and coach the VIP sales team to meet the targets and KPIs.

Ensure healthy operational environment is maintained for sales team to achieve sales targets.

Develop the sectors’ initiatives in line with the company’s corporate strategy.

Develop and maintain processes and policies for the sector (VIP sales process, number management process, VIP billing and dunning process etc.)

Manage VIVA number distribution and categorization servicing the entire company for every department and ensure accurate distribution of number series at retail, enterprise, distribution and testing channels.

Develop niche marketing campaigns and material for VIP segment.

Manage work flow and facilitate timely reporting and updates to government entities.

Manage and oversee all VIP related activities within VIVA and with external parties.

Establish strong mutually beneficial relationships with senior members of the Government entities.

Closely work with Human Resources to ensure correct management of VIVA staff subscriptions.

Develop and oversee products and services targeting VIP customers.

Prepare reports for CGAO.

Prepare monthly sales dashboard, number management dashboard.

Ensure implementation of system guidelines mandated by government bodies.

Monitor number lifecycles, number registration on the systems and constant suspension across the customer base.

Act as local resource of communications expert and guide  for all departments across the company.

Act as a single point of contact to manage the VIP segment trouble tickets.

Work on department budgeting and finances.

Perform duties as requested

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent from a recognized university
7+ years of experience in managing Marketing, Corporate Communications and/or customer experience at a corporate level
