To provide robust support to Sales Distribution and develop Alternate Channel of sales for Prepaid and Post-paid through Direct to Home, Tie ups with banks and other alternate medium of kiosks/online channel to increase sales. 

Participate in the achievement of Sales Distribution’s target and objectives by performing related Alternate Channel activities.

Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Sales Distribution Dept. to enable the section to operate efficiently.

Develop and launch new Alternate Channels for Sales

Develop a Direct to Home Model, Hire distributors, help Distributor to set up team, arrange team training, build the model plan for approaching customers directly to their homes, offices, shops, acquire customers on Prepaid, postpaid and broadband plan

Develop mediums to sell connected life devices through direct to home approach

Team management, Distributor Management, Training, setting Incentives, Market visits, Approachable, problem solver, generating innovative ideas for go to market.

Tie up with local banks and other digital channels to increase the reach of products and service of VIVA through their various channels

Tie up with utility companies and other service providers to accept their bill payment on VIVA platform.

Design & Execute new marketing campaign in coordination with marketing, products and distributor to increase the visibility and reach

Innovate cost saving automatic medium and implement new technologies with partner companies. 

Coordinate with IT, Finance, Commercial and other departments for various projects related to Alternate Channel.

Responsible for all types of reports that will facilitate alternate sales performance & provides progress reports to up line management.

Responsible for day to day communications related to Alternate Channel to provide technical / operational support by answering various request/inquires and complaints.

Expand the horizon and develop other channels and perform duties as directed by management

Perform other duties as requested.

Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics from a recognised university.

3 -7 years’ experience Direct Sales, Digital payment channel
